November 2009 ~ Planning Permission secured for 3 million pound bus depot

Maydean Design have successfully obtained full planning permission for the redevelopment of Arriva PLC existing bus depot in Speke, Liverpool. This state of the art facility is to replace the existing depot and incorporates many sustainable features.

October 2009 ~ Secured by Design

Following detailed consultation with the Architectural Liaison Officer of the Merseyside Police Maydean Design have obtained a ‘Full Secured by Design’ status by for the redevelopment of Arriva PLC bus depot in Speke, Liverpool.

April 2009 ~ Maydean Design Goes Green

Maydean Design are now submitting their planning and building regulations online to supporting local authorities via the Planning Portal and Submit a Plan.

October 2008 ~ New Planning Laws

On the 1st October 2008 new planning laws were introduced to England and Wales in amending and relaxing domestic properties Permitted Development rights.

The new laws have been greeted with a degree of confusion by local authorities and professionals alike and are open to interpretation as to whether a formal planning application is required or not in many certain circumstances.

Maydean Design can now offer advice on this and all matters relating to the new planning laws to provide their clients with a clear decision on planning approvals.

April 2008 ~ East Cheshire Building Control – Approved Partner
