We offer a FREE initial consultation meeting where we will advise on all aspects for the procurement of your project ranging from £5,000-00 and upwards.

For projects we are able to provide the following services:

• Initial meeting and discussions with the client.
• Site Survey and feasibility study
• Sketch scheme based upon the clients brief.
• Final scheme and presentation drawings along with the submission of a planning application. Detailed advise on planning applications and the procedures to obtain an approval.
• Continual liaison with the council with a view towards seeking full Planning Approval.
• Preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications along with the submission of a building regulation approval. Advise on the building regulations and how approvals are sought and why they are required.
• Appointment of outside consultants i.e. Structural Engineers.
• Recommendation of reputable local contractors.

Additional services include:

• Prepare detailed schedules sufficient for tender action.
• Invite tenders and deal with contractual matters and site visits on a weekly basis.
• Issue all necessary certification.

We will discuss clearly the development of your project at the initial meeting and identify the level of service required, whether it involves all or part of the services offered we will write to you offering a fixed, competitive fee. (2)

2. Fixed fee is subject to the project and the extent of the service the clients requires.

Property Surveys:

Existing surveys of all properties regardless of the there size or scale producing detailed floor plans, sections and elevations.

We can also assist in surveys producing drawings and documents in connection with:

Space planning for factory machinery
Space planning for office furniture
Conveyance plans
Estate Agencies plans for property brochures
Framed and mounted Fire Escape diagrams for offices, surgeries, hotels etc.
Licensing drawings for bars, pubs and nightclubs

Advertising Consent:

The preparation of drawings and supporting paperwork for the submission of a Consent to Display an Advertisement application to the local authority in connection with external signage to shop-fronts, offices and retail outlets.

Conservation Area Consent:

Advice and the submission of a Conservation Area Consent application for demolition and associated works within a Conservation Area.

Architects, Designers and Builders Support Network:

We offer support to architects, designers, builders and developers for assistance with their own Architectural information, we work remotely from our own dedicated office using on-line technology to communicate and issue drawings enabling us to offer the client cheaper overheads and value for money.
